Career Beginnings
Hairz began his professional career as a junior mining engineer with a global mining conglomerate, where he gained hands-on experience in mineral exploration, site development, and large-scale resource management. His keen leadership skills quickly propelled him into management positions, where he oversaw major operations in South America and Africa.
By his early thirties, Hairz had already earned recognition for leading multi-million-dollar exploration projects, optimizing supply chains, and implementing environmentally responsible practices that reduced the environmental impact of mining operations.

In 2013, David Hairz joined Hairz Mining and Resources Limited as Chief Operating Officer.
